Personality: Raiko is very hyper and can be a little... ditsy. He's often careless and rather restless. When it comes to a fight, he always needs to be the one to start it. Above all, he's a very fun guy to hang out with.

Special Jutsu(s): Chidori, and his own version of 'Lightning Blade' (Which actually involves a sword).
Kekkai Genkai: Hoshigan. His Kekkai Genkai allows him to turn anything around him into a Lightning base attack through Chakra alone. His eyes also change color and have a star-like design in them.
Likes: Doing missions, fighting and causing fights, trouble making, annoying others and playing tricks. He also likes animals, and oranges are his favorite treat.
Dislikes: Spicy foods, sweets, lazing around, not having anything to do for entertainment, no missions.
History/Bio: A young prodigy of the (unknown) clan, Raiko graduated from the Academy at 10 years-old. He was not assigned a team, through his own decision, to train himself to sharpen his abilities and strength and also because there was no one of his age to be assigned with.
As a kid, he was encouraged greatly by his father, who was a great Shinobi, to become one himself. His father was the leader of the ANBU, for sixteen years, until retiring. (Raiko never knew of his father's reasons, but his father always seemed so alert and even a bit terrified at times.)
Raiko's Academy days were the best days of his life. As a kid in school, he was a constant trouble maker. It was quite surprising to see him graduate as quickly as he did. He would often get into trouble and always play tricks on the Sensei with other children of the Academy. He'd even skip a few classes. Although his behavior was of the worst, his grades were of the best.

Additional Info: His favorite colors are blue and green, and his hobbies are reading and writing. He has a disadvantage in height, seeing as he is the short for his age. He is currently looking for teammates for his squad.
