Using jutsus: You may use the English or Japanese name of your jutsus interchangeably , but make sure you also provide a description after you use them.

For example: "Kage bunshin no jutsu!" Many clones appear shrouding the true Naruto.


Naming your character: Please pick an original character name. You're not allowed to be a character from the show.
